Rosemary Daugherty, age 78 years, of the Wilson Ridge Community died July 29, 2012 in Lexington, Kentucky at the St. Joseph Hospital. Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 11am in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Foster and Rev. Kenny Hill officaitng. Burial was in the Nancy Grave Cemetery.
She was born In McCreary County, Kentucky on June 18, 1934 the daughter of the late Ruben and Tamsey (Jones) Maxwell. She was a homemaker and a member of the White Oak Junction United Baptist Church.
Her parents precede her in death.
Survivors include her husband Ale Daugherty; brother, Johnny Maxwell and wife Wilma of Stearns, Kentucky; and sister, Vela Sweet Slaven and husband Donald of Oneida, Tennessee. A special sister-in-law Judy Casada and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
