Angel Viola Gosnell

Angel Viola Gosnell, age 40 years, of Eubank, Kentucky died Sunday, February 1, 2026 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.

She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on February 17, 1985 the daughter of Billy and Venia (Murphy) Gosnell. Angel had been a daycare worker and a member of the Beulah Heights Church of God. She enjoyed going to the creek with Daisy, and loved being outdoors fishing and 4 wheeling.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Dora Ellen (Carter) Murphy and Bill and Zollie Barnett; and a uncle, Rex Gosnell.

Survivors include her parents, Billy and Venia Gosnell of Eubank, Kentucky; son, Michael Bryant (Cheyenne) of Somerset, Kentucky; daughter, Mackenzie Bryant of Somerset, Kentucky; grandchild, Storie Bryant; her partner, Hubert Corner of Eubank, Kentucky; sisters, Dora Gosnell and Sunshine Gosnell both of Stearns, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Anthony Slavey, Nathanael Longmire, Brooklyn Garland, Isabella Longmire, Brynlee Moses, and Jaycee Privett; and aunts and uncles, Deine and Jim Ross, George Rick Murphy, Millard Estle Murphy, Clarence Murphy, and Larry and Judy Gosnell.

Funeral Services will be held 1pm Friday, February 6, 2026 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Ervin Foster officiating. Burial will follow in the Lower Hickory Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11am Friday at the Funeral Home.
