Billie Jo Bowden

Billie Jo Bowden, age 60 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at the Big Southfork Medical Center in Oneida, Tennessee.

She was born in Muncie, Inidiana on February 11, 1966 the daughter of the late Albert Don and Nellie Maxine (Belzer) Bowden. Billie was a homemaker and enjoyed various crafts, reading being with family and her cat.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, David Bowden, Paul Bowden, and Scott Bowden; and sister, Nova Lea Bowden.

Survivors include her sisters, Brenda Coffey of Whitley City, Kentucky, Donna Coffey of Whitley City, Kentucky, and Naomi King of Bronston, Kentucky; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen.
