He was born in Whitley City Kentucky, on June 8, 1978 to Carl Walter Stephens and Lois (Davis) Stephens.
Carl was active in the day program, walking, watching television, playing on his phone, and hanging out with his friends where his enjoyments of life.
His father and brother; William Stephens precede him in death
He is survived by his mother Lois Stephens, Paris Kentucky; sisters; Veronica Stephens(Roy Bailey) Lexington Kentucky, Carmen Bryant(Stuart Davis) Whitley City Kentucky, and nieces; Vannessa Ross, Lois Ann Bryant, Amber Bryat.
Per families request cremation was chosen .
