Cindy Elaine Taylor

Cindy Elaine Taylor, age 52, of Pine Knot, Kentucky, passed away at her home on Friday, May 5, 2023, surrounded by family. Cindy was born in Lebanon, Tennessee on November 13, 1970, to Douglas and Peggy (Turner) Taylor.

Cindy loved her family and friends to the fullest. She loved spending time with her husband, Billy; son, Doug, and the rest of her family. She enjoyed her job in retail and loved meeting new people and making close friends.

Cindy is preceded in death by her infant son, Tommy Lorenzo Clark and both her paternal and maternal grandparents.

Surviving family includes her parents, Doulas and Peggy Taylor, loving husband and life companion, Billy Rigney, son, Douglas A. Clark, stepdaughter, Lily Rigney all of Pine Knot, Kentucky; a brother, Keith (Debbie) Taylor of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; sister, Teressa (Ronnie) Stephens of Pine Knot, Kentucky; a slew of nieces and nephews, all who loved her dearly; a special niece and nephew, Amber and Tony Dobbs of Stearns, Kentucky.

At her request, Cindy will be cremated and a Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at a later date.
