Curtis Bryant

Curtis Bryant, age 77 years, of Spalding, Nebraska died August 9, 2023 in Albion, Nebraska.

He was born in McCreary County, Kentucky on November 30, 1945 the son of Ancil Lee and Edna (Cox) Bryant.  Curtis was a retired truck driver. He enjoyed watching movies and mowing lawns.

His parents; 2 infant brothers; sisters, Margaret Jones, Flossie Litton, Janet Sue Bryant, and Catherine Conatser precede him in death.

Survivors include his sons, Curtis Ancil Bryant of Spalding, Nebraska and Elmer Lee Bryant of Whitley City, Kentucky; brothers, Clifford Bryant of Pine Knot, Kentucky, Leonard Bryant of Corbin, Kentucky, and John Hansen of Pine Knot, Kentucky; sisters, Paulin Stephens of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Nettie Mae Murphy of Pine Knot, Kentucky, and Lena Slavey of Whitley City, Kentucky; grandchildren, Desirae, Gabriel, Tyler, Owen, and Christina; 9 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11am Saturday, August 19, 2023 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Bryant officiating. Burial to follow in the Bryant’s Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 6pm Friday, August 18, 2023 at the Funeral Home.
