Cynthia Marie Rollins

Cynthia Marie Rollins, age 81 years, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky died September 2, 2017 in Somerset, Kentucky at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

She was born in Sawyer, Kentucky on June 11, 1936 the daughter of Luke and Mary (Goodin) Perry.  Marie was a home maker and member of the Pleasant Knob United Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Basil Rollins; sons, Mitchell Rollins and Wayne Rollins; brothers, Leslie Perry, Lawrence Perry, and Thomas Perry; and sisters, Eva Jones and Loretta Prewitt.

Survivors include her sons, Michael Rollins (Janice) of Dandridge, Tennessee and Marshall Rollins of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; daughters, Lavada Rollins and Leshia Brown (Russell) both of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; 5 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 2pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Harold Rollins officiating. Burial was at the Pleasant Knob Cemetery. Visitation was Tuesday from 12-2pm at the funeral home.
