David Lee Dixon, age 66 years, of North Glenn, Colorado died June 2, 2020.
He was born in McCreary County, Kentucky on December 25, 1953 the son of Bill and Thursey (Pitman) Dixon. David had worked as a coal handler and was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Westminster. He loved singing and playing his guitar.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, William Cantor, Johnny Cantor, Steve Dixon, and Vola Dixon; and grandchildren, Titan Lee Dixon and Sarah Murphy.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Kay (Hart) Dixon of North Glenn, Colorado; son, David Lee Dixon II of Kentucky; daughters, Maggie Clark and Jennifer Hatfield both of Kentucky; brother, Gene Dixon of Indianapolis, Indiana; step-daughter, Brittney Riddlebaugh; sisters, Margaret Maxey of Revelo, Kentucky and Laura Dixon of Marshes Siding, Kentucky; and grandchildren, Tihanna Dixon, Sebastin Clark, Micah Clark, Caleb Hatfield, Tiffany Hatfield, Holley Stephens, Shawn Alexander, and Jessica Schritte.
In accordance with his wishes he was cremated, and his ashes buried at the Roberts Cemetery on Day Ridge.
