DORMAN EDWARD WEBB

June 8, 1949 — February 13, 2015

Mr. Dorman Edward Webb, age 65, of Stearns, Kentucky, passed away Friday, February 13, 2015, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky.

Mr. Webb was born June 8, 1949, in Pulaski County, Kentucky, to the late Dan and Virginia (Black) Webb.  Also preceding him in death is a daughter Wilma (Webb) Troxell, six sisters; Wilma Webb, Nelda Dixon, Lois Trammel, Mary Ann Strunk, Wanda Strunk and Shirley Webb, and three brothers; Alvin Webb, Robert Webb and Kenneth Webb. 

He is survived by his companion of 25 years, Hazel Stephens of Stearns, a daughter Nancy Webb of Somerset, two step-daughters; Melissa Stephens and Sherry (and Chris) Kauffung, a brother Jimmie Ray Webb of Marshes Siding, five grandsons; Dylan (and Paige) Strunk, Matthew Kauffung, Brandon Mink, Dustin Randolph and Joshua Randolph, a granddaughter Jaymie (and Dylan) Mulligan, a great grandson Talexx Caudill five great granddaughters; Miley Troxell, Faith Randolph, Hope Randolph, Nevaeh Mulligan and Alexis Mulligan and many nieces, nephews and other beloved family.

Dorman was a stockman and night manager for Kroger in Whitley City.  He had been a truck driver for U.S. Express and had worked for Blue Diamond Coal Company.  He was a member of the Taylor Ridge United Baptist Church and was an avid UK Basketball fan.

Funeral services: Sunday, February 15, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCreary County Funeral Home.

Burial at the Flat Rock Cemetery

Visitation Sunday from 12:00 noon until time for services.

McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
