Doyle Ross

Doyle Ross, age 70 years, of the Worley Hilltop Community, died Friday, November 21, 2025 at the Uk Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

He was born in Worley, Kentucky October 16, 1955 the son of the late Ernest and Dellie (Hill) Ross. Doyle had worked in construction and attended Hope City Church. He loved to read, going to vendor’s malls, being on his computer, and doing family ancestry.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Vella Dean Wilson and Maggie Ross; nephew, Eddie Douglas and great nephew, Brian Griffis.

Survivors include his sisters, Norma Hill of Stearns, Kentucky, Corita Douglas of Stearns, Kentucky, Corena Gibson of Pine Knot, Kentucky, and Lydia Wilson (Danny) of Stearns, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Beverly Duncan (Jim), Julie Ridner (Steve), Sondra Wilson, Kristie Wilson (Rudy), Richard Wilson, Michael Wilson, Jimmy Douglas (Erica), Isaiah Wilson (Mindy); great nieces and nephews, Aaron Wilson (Beverly), Alex Patton, Abbie Roberts, Johnathan Tucker (Kendra), Wesley Douglas (Shana), Anessa Douglas, Jamison Douglas, Ayden Wilson, and Connor Wilson; and great great neices and nephews, Ryker, Mason, Emma, Ashton, and Dylan.

In keeping with his wish’s cremation was chosen.
