Eva M Hill

Eva M. Hill departed from this life on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at her home in Parkers Lake, Kentucky, being   92 years, 5 months, 16 days old. She was born in New River, Tennessee, on May 20, 1925 to the late Festus Lewis and Nary Stinnett.

Eva was of the Baptist faith, a homemaker; and loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed circle a word, puzzle books and her cat Penny.

Preceded in death by her husband: Joe H. Hill, son: Danny Joe Hill, daughters: Rebecca Lovell, Vonda Hill, brothers: Junior Stinnett, Roger Lewis, Leo Lewis, Estill Lewis, sister: Mildred Ward, son in laws: Mike Tucker, Holl Vanover, and Herman Adkins.

Surviving family includes daughters: Connie Tucker of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Kathy  (Rodney) Goins of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Joyce Adkins of Pine Knot, Kentucky, sister: Bernice Pemberton of Dayton, Ohio, daughter in law: Darlene Hill, 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Funeral Services: Tuesday, November 7, 2016 in the chapel of McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Alan Coffey Officiating.

Visitation: Tuesday, 12 Noon until time for services at the funeral home.

Burial: Pine Knot Cemetery 

McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
