Fletcher was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who loved his family with all his heart and soul. He was a friend of myself and family for 21 years. He was also my son Ranzys father in law. My fondest memory of him wa every morning asi went to work, I would pass him and Leroy out walking on Eagle Road. He would always wave. I would sometime go into work and tell Kathy, " that silly dad of yours is walking in this cold weather with no hat on. He's gonna freeze." She would say, " he's used to it. " Gonna miss that morning routine.
