FRANCES SUE PERRY

Frances Sue Perry, of Stearns, Kentucky, passed from this life on Monday, January 4, 2016, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky.  She had attained the age of 68 years, 10 months and 28 days.

Ms. Perry was born in Parkers Lake, Kentucky, on February 7, 1947, to the late Clyde and Linda (Goodin) Vanover.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dester Perry (deceased 2004), a daughter, Rosalee Vanover, a brother Herman Vanover and his wife Lois.

Surviving family include a son Allen Perry and his wife Melissa of Stearns, grandchildren: Lisa, Rayann, Robert Allen, Sr., (and Courtney) Perry and a great grandson, Robert Allen Perry, Jr.

Ms. Perry worked in housekeeping at DuPont Lodge at Cumberland Falls State Resort Park.  She enjoyed fishing, camping and traveling, Bluegrass and Gospel singing and spending time with her family.

Funeral services:  3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 9, 2016, at Pleasant Knob United Baptist Church at Parkers Lake, Kentucky.

Burial:  Marlar Cemetery at Parkers Lake

Visitation:  Saturday, January 9, 2016, from 12:00 noon until time for services at the church.
