Freddy William Bowman
April 20, 1961 — December 25, 2017
Freddy William Bowman, age 56 years, of Strunk, Kentucky died December 25, 2017 in Lexington, Kentucky at the University of Kentucky Hospital.
He was born April 20, 1961 in Somerset, Kentucky to William Ray and Ora (Spradlin) Bowman. Fred loved riding motorcycles and working on cars. He had worked at Kidd’s Heating and Oil.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Jerry Ellis “Pete” Bowman and Billy Ray Bowman.
Survivors include his sisters, Ida Loretta Bowman and Betty Bowman both of Strunk, Kentucky; nieces, Heather Marler and husband, Jonathan and Ambur Ridner; nephew, Kyle Bowman; and best friend, Belinda Curtin.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 29, 2017, at 12pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Timothy Corder officiating. Burial to follow in the Waters Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 6pm Thursday, December 28, 2017, at the funeral home.
