Imogene Duncan

Imogene Duncan departed from this life on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at her home in Williamsburg, Kentucky, being 68 years, and 8 days old. She was born in Oneida, Tennessee, on June 23, 1947 to the late Clarence Robert Richardson and Lola Gladys.

She was a member of the Kingtown United Baptist Church. Imogene loved to read and loved reading the Bible. One of her favorite shows was the Wheel of Fortune. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them.  

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband James Ray Duncan, brothers: Ray M Richardson, and Elisha Fred Richardson, sisters: Julie O Richardson, and Mary Louise Duncan.

She is survived by her companion: Herman Duncan, sons: John Duncan (Sandy), Randy Lee Duncan (Corinna), James R. Duncan, William J. Duncan of Stearns, KY, and Robert Ray Morgan of Whitley City, KY,   daughters: Shirl MacDonald (Jim) of Georgetown, KY, Jena Meadors (Donnie) of Williamsburg, KY, Amanda J Strunk, of Stearns, KY,  Brenda Lee Morgan of Stearns, KY,  brother: James Roy Richardson of Strunk, KY, sisters: Darlena Faye Smith of Strunk, KY, Shirley Richardson of Stearns, KY, Deborah Kay Vaughn of Florida, and Vada Ann Justus of Stearns, KY, ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

Funeral Services were conducted on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro Samuel Vaughn Officiating. Burial followed in the Silerville Cemetery. McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements
