Jackualine C. Phillips, , age 72 years, wife of Roy Phillips, of Monticello, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, July 5, 2019, at her home.

She was born November 25, 1946 in Whitley County, Kentucky.  Jackualine was of the Church of God faith, she was a waitress at the Cumberland Falls Dupont Lodge and also worked in the gift shop. Jackualine loved fishing, camping, cooking, playing bingo but she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren most of all.

In addition to her parents, Earl and Martha Gibson Canada, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Phillips, brothers; Raymond Darrell Canada, Carl Dean Canada, Virgil Meadors and Bobby Ray Canada, sisters: Brenda Hatfield, Mary Ethel Canada and Linda Canada.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Phillips of Whitley City, son, Charles and wife Kristen Phillips of Monticello, KY., brothers: Robert and wife Rose Canada of Whitley City, KY., Arnold Lee Canada of Williamsburg, KY., sister, Trish and husband Wayne Meadows of Whitley City, KY., grandchildren; Leanora Taylor, Rebecca and husband Curtis Head, great-grandchildren; Kayden Phillips, Raleigh Head, Paislee Head, Gabriella Gibson. along with numerous loving nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of McCreary County Funeral Home, with funeral services beginning at 1:00 pm with Brother Bill Meadors officiating, with burial to follow in the Phillips Cemetery.
