JALIE FAYE CREEKMORE, AGE 30 YEARS, DIED NOVEMBER 27, 2009 AT LCRH IN SOMERSET, KENTUCKY. FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD SUNDAY NOVEMBER 29, 2009 AT 2PM IN THE MCCREARY COUNTY FUNERAL HOME. BURIAL WILL FOLLOW IN THE JESSE PRIVETT CEMETERY. THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS AFTER 6PM SATURDAY NOVEMBER 28, 2009 AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
