James Lynn Six

James Lynn Six, died at 68 years of age, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Jean Waddle Care Unit on October 9, 2015. He was born on April 16, 1947 in Cynthiana, Kentucky. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, James Carlos and Alice Hayes Six, one brother: David Carlos Six, one brother-in-law: Granville B. Sayre, nephews: Allen Michael and Adrian Keith.

James (Jim) graduated from the University of Kentucky, in 1976 with a degree in accounting. He retired from the Kentucky Revenue Cabinet after 20 years of Service. He was also a member of Stearns First Baptist Church in Stearns, Kentucky.

Jim is survived by his Wife of 38 years, Anna Keith Six, a sister: Becky Sayre of Cynthiana, a sister- in- law: Rachel (Cleo) Wilson, Pauline (Bob) Sumner, brother-in-law: Clifford Keith (Linda), Nieces: Cindy (Wayne) New, Teresa (Larry) Brown, and from Cynthiana, Lisa Grubb, Cindy Shantz and Starr Smith, nephews: Dennis Keith (Carie), Noel Keith (Amie), Bobby Sumner and several great nieces and nephews

Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of the McCreary County Funeral Home. Burial followed at the Nevelsville Cemetery.  McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements of Mr. James Six.
