Jeffey Wayne Dobbs, age 53 of Whitley City, Ky. passed away at Big Southfork Medical Center in Oneida, Tn. on April 2, 2026
Jeffery was born in Winchester, IN. on June 21,1972.
He was a member of Sandhill United Baptist Church. He enjoyed Camping, Fishing, and Gardening.
He is survived by his parents Clifford and Alene Koger Dobbs of Whitley City, Ky. Son Tyler and wife Samantha Dobbs of Stearns, Ky.; Sister Jennifer and husband Tom Kennedy of Whitley City, Ky. Nephews Joseph Kennedy and Ryan Kennedy.
Graveside services will be held Monday April 6, 2026 at 1pm at Lower Hickory Grove Cemetery
