John Trim Smith

John Trim Smith Jr. age 38, of Corbin, Kentucky, husband of Martha Frazier Smith, son of John Smith Sr. and Faye Stevens and companion Wayne Rose, passed away Monday, September 25, 2017.  He was born February 26, 1979 in Polk County Florida.  John was of the Baptist faith.  He worked in construction building log homes.  He was preceded in death by his infant son John Trim Smith III.  In addition to his parents and wife he is survived by his three daughters: Madison, Malorie and Faith Smith, step-daughter: Danielle Hill and husband Brian, brother: Adam Watson and sister: Crystal Smith both of Whitley City, and special grand-daughter: Bristol, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews who will mourn his passing.  Andy Walker, Donnie Daugherty, Johnny Wilson, Waymon Perry, Tink Ross, Dillion Barnett, Cody Smith, Jacob Hamilton, Jonathon Wilson, Aaron Wilson, Malorie Smith and Adam Watson are honored to be the pallbearers.  John enjoyed trading, coon hunting, building log homes, but his greatest love was his family.  Rev. David Troxell will conduct the service on Monday at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of McCreary County Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 11:00 am.  until service time.  Burial will be in Hart Cemetery in Corbin, KY.
