John Fitzgerald Vaughn

John Fitzgerald Vaughn, age 52 years, of Stearns, Kentucky died June 10, 2017 at his home.

He was born in Slavens, Kentucky on January 28, 1965 the son of Milford and Novella (Vaughn) Vaughn.  John was a fork lift driver in the Saw mill. He enjoyed the outdoors, animals, classic rock and roll, 4 wheeler, kids and his granddaughter.

His parents and brothers, Bobby Vaughn and Jimmy Vaughn precede him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Kay Wilson; daughters, Ashley Cooper and husband, Billy of Strunk, Kentucky and Kimberly Vaughn of Ohio; brothers, JC Vaughn and Robert Vaughn both of Stearns, Kentucky; and sister, Brenda Vaughn also of Stearns; and granddaughter, Alyssa Cooper.

Funeral services were  held Monday, June 12, 2017 at 4pm in the Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Estil Jones officiating. Burial followed at the Bud Gregory Cemetery. The family received friends after 2pm until service time at the funeral home.
