Julia Fay Estes

Julia Fay Estes of Hamilton, Ohio, passed from this life on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.  She had attained the age of 101 years and 30 days.

Born at Pine Knot, Kentucky, on March 12, 1917, she was the daughter of the late James and Rachel Stephens Ball.  Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter; Patricia Ann Estes, son; Robert Daniel Estes, Jr., brothers;
Claude Ball, Carl J. Ball, Mark C Ball, James Ball Jr., Ralph Ball, William Estes Ball, Hoyatt O. Ball, Darrell L. Ball, and Richard Ball and sister; Millie K. Barnett.

Surviving family include daughter; Barbara Faye Griffin of Hamilton, Ohio, son; Stephen Andrew Estes of Brodhead, KY., sister; Janie Shelley of Revelo, KY., brother; Ronald Ball of Pine Knot, KY., and grandchildren; Mark Griffin, Tighe Estes, Patrick Estes, Victoria Estes and Nicholas Andrew Estes, along with many loving nieces and nephews. 

Ms. Estes had retired from Owens Corning Plastic in Ohio and was a member of the Meadows Grove Baptist Church.  She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018, in the chapel of Meadow Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Bill King and Bro. Johnny Perry officiating.  She will be laid to rest at the Lower Cal Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
