Lawrence Wyatt, age 72 passed away in peace on January 4, 2023.
He was born May 15, 1950 to the late Harold and Ethel (Martin) Wyatt. In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by his wife Mary (Troxell), his brothers Roy, Jim and Carl and his sisters Martha, Betty Lou, Norma Lee, Frances, Mary Jean and his nephews Mike (Patty) Wyatt who he loved to laugh and cut-up with and Stanley Troxell, they loved playing the guitar together.
Lawrence and Mary leave behind to cherish their memories their children James Troxell and wife, Kim, Lora Higginbotham and husband, Wade, Chuck Wyatt and wife, Farrah. Grandkids Jessica Eldridge, Iesha Kates, Devon Troxell, Dylan Russell, Andrew Russell and Hunter Troxell, Madison Higginbotham, Caleb Higginbotham, Taylor (Aaron) Sewell and Kristin (Derrick)Wilson, Seth (Kortney) Anderson, Luke Anderson, Finn Wyatt and great grandchildren. His sisters Brenda Wyatt, Wanda (Mike) Roberts, Judy (John) Chitwood and Gladys Atkins two special nephews Lee Wyatt, Ronny Wyatt and a special niece Sharon Kidd.
Lawrence enjoyed Westerns, reading them and watching them, he loved woodworking playing his guitar and being outside, spending time with his niece Wendy (Bill) and nephew Harold (Crystal) and visiting with his sister-in-law, Arlene (Carl) Jones. Most of all Lawrence was proud of and loved his family.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 9, 2023 at 1pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Nancy Grave Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11am Monday at the Funeral Home.
