LEO F. LEWIS AGE 82 YEARS DIED AUGUST 29, 2009 IN LEBANON, TENNESSEE AT THE UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER. FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 2, 2009 AT 11AM IN THE MCCREARY COUNTY FUNERAL HOME. BURIAL WAS IN THE PINE KNOT CEMETERY. THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS AFTER 6PM TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 1, 2009 AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
