Lisa Fay Gentry

Lisa Fay (Perkins) Gentry, age 58 years, of Krypton, Kentucky died March 29, 2020 in Hazard, Kentucky at the Bluegrass Hospice Care.

She was born in Salyersville, Kentucky on May 8, 1961 the daughter of William Thomas Perkins and Loudene (Fletcher) Perkins Worley.  Lisa enjoyed listening to music, watching TV, and the outdoors.

Her parents; husband, Phillip Gentry; son, Everett Fletcher; and brother, Eugene Nichols precede her in death.

Survivors include her son, Bobby Fletcher of Ohio; daughters, Crystal Fletcher of Ohio, Lisa Fletcher of Somerset, Angela “Dora Kay” Stephens (Wesley Mason) of Breathitt County; and Carole Fletcher of Ohio; and Debra Stevens of Krypton; brother, Adam Perkins of Pine Knot; sister, Dora Fletcher of Greenwood; and 17 grandchildren.

Per the Governor’s request, private funeral services will be held Friday, April 3, 2020 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Grant Hasty. Burial will be in the Stevens-Gentry Cemetery.
