Lisa May Young-Perkins, of Whitley City, Kentucky, departed this life at her home on October 12, 2014 being 48 years, 4 months, 3 days old; she was born in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky, on June 9, 1966 Daughter of Othel Cooper and the late Eaenie Louise Bryant.
Lisa was a very giving and loving person, loved to swim and play cards, spend time with her grand children, Wonderful mom and grandma; Very family oriented.
Along with her mother she is preceded in death by her husband David Perkins, Her granddaughter; Shaelynn Nikol Crabtree, two brothers; Tommy and Johnny Cooper, two sisters; Teresa Israel, and Bonnie Dempsey, Uncle; Delbert Bryant.
She is survived by her sons; Daniel and April Crabtree of Somerset, KY Timothy Crabtree and Bobbie Duncan of Whitley City, KY, Daughter; Rachel and RoyDale Worley of Pine Knot, KY, two sisters; Connie Sue Black of Florence, KY, Donna Hornback and Ralph Cooper of Stearns, KY, one step sister; Georgia Ridener, Aunt; Geraldine Bryant, Grandchildren; Logan and Joseph Crabtree, Madison, Dylan, and Alexis Worley.
Funeral Services for Ms. Lisa May Young-Perkins will be conducted Thursday October 16, 2014 at 1:00 PM in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Daniel Ridener and Bro. David Troxell officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethel Cemetery
