Lloyd Wesley Lewis, age 100 years, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky died Sunday, July 19, 2020 at the Oneida Nursing and Rehab Center in Oneida, Tennessee.
He was born January 17, 1920 in Parkers Lake, Kentucky the son of Roy W. and Artie (Hamblin) Lewis. Lloyd had been the owner of a restaurant and pool hall, and was a member of the Whitley City Church of Christ.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wives, Mary Margaret (Shields) Lewis and Ella (Robertson) Lewis; brothers, Floyd R. Lewis, Morgan M. Lewis, Louie O. Lewis, and Estes G. “Gas” Lewis; sisters, Illa Shaver and Mary Jo Runion; and stepdaughter, Betty.
Survivors include his sister, Shirley Ann Bryant of Whitley City; brother, Morris Lee Lewis; stepdaughters, Joan and Barbara; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1pm Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. David Ball officiating. Burial to will follow in the McCreary County Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends after 11am Wednesday at the funeral home.
