Lonnie Dale Stephens

Lonnie Dale Stephens, age 63 years, of Pine Knot, Kentucky died Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky.

He was born in Sidney, Ohio on October 21, 1959 the son of Lonnie Brown and Lorene (Gibson) Stephens. Lonnie had worked as a delivery driver for B & B Metal, and loved being outdoors fishing and camping.

His parents and a brother, Dennis Eugene Stephens precede him in death.

Survivors include his brother, Larry Wayne Stephens of Strunk, Kentucky; sisters, LaRhonda Sue Crabtree and husband, Chris of Revelo, Kentucky and Lanetta Crabtree and husband, Randy of Pine Knot, Kentucky; nephew, Chris Crabtree and wife, Katherine; and great niece, Katlyn Nicole Crabtree.

Funeral services will be held 1pm Monday, June 26, 2023 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Halcomb officiating. Burial will follow in the Higginbotham Cemetery.  The family will receive friends after 11am Monday at the Funeral Home.
