Luke Newman

Luke Michael Newman, age 2 years, of Pine Knot, Kentucky died Sunday, July 30, 2023 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky.

He was born on December 8, 2020 in Somerset, Kentucky to Eric Newman and Angela Burchett.

His grandmother, Beverly Burchett precedes him in death.

Survivors include his parents, Eric Newman and Angela Burchett of Pine Knot, Kentucky; brother, Elijah King of Pine Knot, Kentucky; sisters, Sophia Newman and Lillian Newman both of Pine Knot, Kentucky; grandparents, Vickie and Mike Newman of Pine Knot, Kentucky ad Rick and Vicky Heineman of Pine Knot, Kentucky; and uncles, Andrew Burchett of Burkesville, Kentucky, Chris Newman (Tasha) of Marshes Siding, Kentucky, Brian Newman (Heather) of Burnside, Kentucky, and Jason Tate (Tasha) of Sidney, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held 2pm Friday, August 4, 2023 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Bryant officiating.  The family will receive friends after 12noon Friday at the Funeral Home.
