Marjorie Watson Collins, age 73 years, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky died October 30, 2013 at her home. Funeral services were held Sunday, November 3, 2013 at 1pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Gary Slaven officiating. Burial was in the Higginbotham Cemetery.
She was born in Pine Knot, Kentucky on November 6, 1939 the daughter of the late Leander and Mae (Lynch) Watson.
Her parents; husband, Doyle Collins; brothers, Garron Lee Watson, Ray Watson, Gurnie Watson and Chester Cooper; sisters Gloria Sue Bryant and Lena Thomas precede her in death.
Survivors include her son Gurnie Lee Watson and wife Jamie of Pine Knot, Kentucky, brothers, James Watters of Montpelier, Indiana; J. Earl Watson of Somerset, Kentucky; sisters; Deloris Cisco of Whitley City, Kentucky and Elizabeth Hook of Ohio; special nieces that were like her own, Linda and Russell Collins of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Michelle and Michael Crabtree of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Marea and Anthony Jones of Whitley City, Kentucky; 2 grandchildren, Isabella and Aiden Watson, grandchildren by heart; Keith, Cheyenne and Cherokee Walstrom, Tristen, Kyle and Justen Collins, Zack and Dalton Moses, and Kayden and AJ Jones, along with many other family, friends and loved ones also survive.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
