Michael Scott Tucker

Michael Scott Tucker, age 51 years, of the Hilltop Community died Monday July 18, 2022 at his niece’s home.

He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on January 20, 1971 the son of Charles Golman Tucker and Alma Fay (Roberts) Tucker.  Scott had worked in construction and was a member of the Hilltop Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family, his cars, and going jeep riding.

His parents; a daughter, Brittany Heath; and brothers, Gary Dean Tucker and Jackie Wayne Tucker precede him in death.

Survivors include his brothers, Jesse Charles Tucker (Tina), Joey Alan Tucker, and David James Tucker (Becky) all of Stearns, Kentucky; sisters, Kathy Sue Jones (Eddie) of Monticello, Kentucky and Phyllis Marie Stephens (Ray) of Pine Knot, Kentucky; a granddaughter, Kylee Heath; special nieces, Makenzie Tucker (Daniel) and Victoria Coffey (Brian); great great niece and nephew, Amelia and Jamison Perry; and special friends, Eddie Ray Phillips and Stephanie Terry.

Funeral services will be held 2pm Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Ervin Foster officiating. Burial will follow in the Nancy Grave Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 12pm Wednesday at the Funeral Home.
