Myra J. Tucker

Myra J. Tucker age 64 years, of Tullahoma, Tennessee, died Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at the Vanderbilt-Harton Hospital in Tullahoma, Tennessee.

She was born in Nashville, Tennessee on May 16, 1956 the daughter of George W. and Kathenia Mae (Conner) Sheppard. Myra was a retired bank officer for First Vision Bank in Tullahoma, of the Baptist Faith, life member of the Harley Owners Group, and enjoyed doing crafts.

Her parents; brother, George William Conner; sister, Donna Lee Johnson and brother, Charles Ray Sheppard precede her in death.

Survivors include her husband Reed A. Tucker, whom she married August 10, 1990; son, Christopher Lee Barrett (Jennifer) of Lavergne, Tennessee; step daughter, Dhonn Carmichael (Billy) of Macon, Georgia;  sister, Ruth Ann Cook of Nashville, Tennessee; and grandchildren, Abby Carmichael and Zoe Pearl Barrett.

Funeral services will be held 2pm Saturday, March 6, 2021 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Ronnie Peters officiating, Burial will follow in the McCreary Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends after 12pm Saturday at the Funeral Home.
