Nora Dean Trammell

Nora Dean Trammell, age 90 years, of New Albany Indiana died Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the Charlestown Place.

She was born in Whitley City, Kentucky on March 27, 1934 the daughter of Ledford and Pearl Mae (Murphy) Loudermilk. She was a retailer for Zayre’s and a member of the Old Fashion Faith Missionary Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 56 years, Ray Trammell; a son, Ronald Trammell; and 8 brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her daughter Vonda Trammell of Jeffersonville, Indiana; and grandson, Scott Trammell.

She was buried in the Upper Marsh Creek Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers family request donations be sent to New Beginnings Non Denominational Church 2219 Spring Street New Albany, Indiana 47150 in her memory.
