Phyllis Price

Phyllis Price, age 71 years, of Cincinnati, Ohio died December 28, 2021 at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She was born in Honeybee, Kentucky on September 18, 1950 the daughter of Caleb and Sadie (Perry) Strunk. Phyllis had worked as a receptionist for Skidmore Sales, was a member of the Living Waters Baptist Church in Maude, Ohio. She enjoyed shopping, traveling and spending time with her family, especially her grandson.

Her parents; husband, Benjamin Lewis Price; brothers, Donald Strunk, Harold Strunk, Darrell Strunk, Ronnie Strunk, and Clayton Strunk; and sister, Fontella Vanover precede her in death.

Survivors include her son, Matthew Price of Cincinnati, Ohio; daughter, Lori Price of Cincinnati, Ohio; stepsons, Rodney Price of Pine Knot, Kentucky and Stoney Renfro (Ambra) of Sawyer, Kentucky; brother, Wendell J. Strunk (Phyllis) of West Chester, Ohio; sister, Brenda Whisman (Gary) of Cincinnati, Ohio; grandson, Lincoln; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 1pm Friday, December 31, 2021 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Harold Rollins officiating. Burial to follow in the Higginbotham Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11am Friday at the Funeral Home.
