Rebecca Kaye Hopkins-Stanley

Rebecca Kaye Hopkins Stanley, wife of Charles Stanley, passed away, Monday, February 26, 2024 at her home in Stearns, Kentucky, surrounded by her loving family.

Rebecca was of the Baptist faith, enjoyed crafts of all kinds, painting, drawing, penmanship, and was an excellent story teller, but her greatest love was spending time with her family, whom she loved dearly.

In addition to her parents; Herman Leonard and Virginia Ball Hopkins, she was preceded in death by her sister; Betty Lou Caddelle.

She is survived by her husband; Charles Stanley, daughters; Heather Jayne Jeffers and husband David of Huntsville, TN., Brooke LaCarr and husband Robert of Stearns, KY., Rebecca Lyndsey Slaven of Oneida, TN., sister; Karen Jones of Revelo, KY., and grandchildren; Hayley Sierra Jeffers, Dalton David Garrett Jeffers, Taylor Leigh Morgan Feltner, Brookelynn Elizabeth Feltner, Kendra Lexie Feltner, Azia Jayde Slaven, Trevin Kayde Slaven and wife Samantha, Nova Marie Roberts and Axle James Roberts, great-grandchild; Owen Kole Slaven.

Per Rebecca’s wishes, she will be cremated with a memorial service on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, in thee chapel of McCreary County Funeral Home from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
