Rhonda Elaine Barnett

Rhonda Elaine Barnett, age 61 years, of London, Kentucky died Thursday, August 13, 2026 at the Saint Joseph London, Kentucky.

She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on July 23, 1965 the daughter of Harold and Norma (Keith) Barnett. Rhonda had worked in maintenance production and enjoyed piddling, flowers, tinkering with anything that might be fixed, but her family and puppies were her greatest joy.

She is preceded in death by her aunt, Ella Mae Goodin; and uncles, Dwight Barnett and Doyle Barnett.

Survivors include her wife, Debra Blankenship of London, Kentucky; son, Hagan Blankenship of London, Kentucky; mother, Norma Barnett of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; father, Harold Barnett (Lena) of Marshes Siding, Kentucky; step-siblings, Tim Turner, David Spradlin (Sheila) and Tammy Spradlin-King (Allen); aunts and uncles, Retha Thackston, Fayerene Rowe, Freddie Patrick, Carl Barnett, and Frieda Yantz; and numerous cousins.

Funeral services will be held 3pm Sunday, August 16, 2026 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Dewayne Perry officiating. Burial will follow in the Eagle Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 1pm Sunday at the Funeral Home.
