Robert Hank Trammell

Robert “Hank” Trammell, age 67 years, of Stearns, Kentucky died Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the Tri-Star Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, Tennessee.

He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on February 19, 1954 the son of the late Cliffard and Savannah (Stephens) Trammell Gregory. Hank had worked as a loader for Kentucky Hardwood and was a member of the Cedar Grove United Baptist Church.

His parents and brothers; Charles, Johnny and Rubin Trammell precede him in death.

Survivors include his wife Betty (Gregory) Trammell of Stearns, whom he married on October 10, 1972; son Rob (Sindy) Trammell of Monticello, Kentucky; daughter, Marie (Roger) Dobbs of Monticello, Kentucky; brothers, Joe Trammell and Ancel Woods; sisters, Anna Fay (Lewis) Myers, Ruthy (George) Gregory, Kathy (Stanley) Vaughn, Mary (Bill) Gregory, Barb (Cash) Gregory, Shirley (Jim) Gibson; Grandchildren, Brian (Nikki) Scott, Kellie Trammell, Austin Trammell, Tristan Dobbs, Taylor Dobbs and Madison (Brian) Ball; also 7 Great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 12pm Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at the Cedar Grove United Baptist Church with Bro. Silas Gregory and Bro. David Vaughn officiating. Burial will follow in the Bud Gregory Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 6pm Monday, February 21, 2022 at the McCreary County Funeral Home.
