Sammy Dakota Fryman

Sammy Dakota Fryman, age 34 years, of Somerset, Kentucky died Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky.

He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on February 17, 1992 the son of James Michael and Flonnie Jane (Matthews) Fryman. Sammy enjoyed watching TV with his daddy.

He is preceded in death by his father, James Michael Fryman and sister, Frostina Henderson.

Survivors included his mother, Flonnie Jane Fryman of Somerset, Kentucky; and siblings, Jessica Gregory (Cashman) of Stearns, Kentucky, James Logan Fryman of Stearns, Kentucky, and Michael Fryman (Danielle) of Somerset, Kentucky; and aunts and uncle, Barbara Gregory, Sylvia Murphy, and Bob and Audrey Alexander.

In keeping with the family’s wishes cremation was chosen.
