Shawn Allen Meadows

Shawn Allen Meadows, age 48 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died Thursday, June 26, 2025 at the Big Southfork Medical Center in Oneida, Tennessee.

He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on February 24, 1977 the son of Roscoe Meadows and Dianne (Milton) Hamilton. Shawn had worked in construction, and loved hunting, fishing, and looking at arrowheads.

His is preceded in death by a son, Johnathan David Allen Meadows and a daughter, Gabrielle Diane Meadows.

Survivors include his wife, Ginger (Shoemaker) Meadows of Whitley City, Kentucky; father, Roscoe Meadows and wife, Debbie of Whitley City, Kentucky; mother, Dianne Hamilton of Whitley City, Kentucky; son, Michael Tyler Parris of Somerset, Kentucky; daughter, Felicitie Barber and husband, Stacey of Louisville, Kentucky; brothers, Adam Meadows of Whitley City, Kentucky and Andrew "John-John" Upchurch of Whitley City, Kentucky; sisters, Sherry Douglas Dobbs of Whitley City, Kentucky, Sharon Patrick of Parkers Lake, Kentucky Tiffany Howard of Whitley City, Kentucky, and Jessica Trammell of Whitley City, Kentucky; and grandchildren, Angie-Evonne, Gabriel Allen, Brenda Diane, and Ozzie Arabella.

Graveside services will be held 3pm Friday, June 27, 2025 at the Meadows Cemetery.
