Terry A. Jones

Terry A. Jones, age 61 years, of Stearns, Kentucky died Monday, April 24, 2024 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky.

He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on December 5, 1962 the son of the late Mearle and Geraldine (Cox) Jones. Terry had worked as a logger, and enjoyed being outdoors, walking, fishing, and hunting. His favorite time was being with his grandchildren.

His parents; and sister, Stephanie Wright precede him in death.

Survivors include his son, Josh Jones (Cassie) of Pine Knot, Kentucky; sister, Cynthia Neal of Pine Knot, Kentucky; grandchildren, Joshua Kyle Jones, Kaleb Benjamin Jones, Kayson Zander Jones; and bonus grandchildren, Taya, Michelle, and Logan Andrew.

Graveside services will be held 12pm Friday, April 26, 2024 at the Barren Fork Cemetery with Bro. Rick Wilson officiating.  The family will receive friends after 11am Friday at the McCreary County Funeral Home.
