Tiffany LaShae Patrick

Tiffany L. Patrick departed from this life on Monday, January 25, 2016 at the Pioneer Community Hospital of Scott being 14 years, 5 months, and 2 days old. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky, on August 23, 2001 daughter of Tommy and Velvet (Clark) Patrick.

Surviving family includes her parents Tommy Patrick of Parkers Lake, KY, and Velvet Patrick of Stearns, KY, grandmother Ruth Clark of Stearns, KY.

Tiffany was in the 9th grade at Whitley City Middle School. She enjoyed playing Soft Ball, T-Ball, Cheerleading and Jujitsu. She was a happy angelic child with lots of love to give, and she loved everyone with the biggest heart.She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Funeral Services: Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 1:00PM in the Chapel of the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Braxton King Officiating.

Visitation: 11:00 – 1:00 at the funeral home.

Burial: Corder Cemetery

McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
