Timothy Allen Jones

Timothy Allen Jones, age 38 years, of Marshes Siding, Kentucky died Sunday, August 30, 2026 at his home.

He was born in Somerset, Kentucky the son of Donald Timothy Jones and Jenene (Carpenter) Leatherwood. Tim had worked as a Salesman at Parts City Auto Parts. He enjoyed working on cars and attending car shows, but his world revolved around his son, Memphis.

Survivors include his father, Tim Jones (Paula) of Marshes Siding, Kentucky; mother, Jenene Leatherwood (Roy) of Tallapoosa, Georgia; son Memphis Kruz Jones of Marshes Siding, Kentucky; siblings, Dustin Jones (Jamie) of Perry, Florida, Breona Foster (Tommy) of Corbin, Kentucky, Dawson Lynch of Marshes Siding, Kentucky and Garrett Jones of Marshes Siding, Kentucky; nieces, Kaylee Jones, Isabella Foster, Abigail Foster, and Kinsley Jones; grandmother, Betty Daugherty; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held 1pm Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Casada officiating. The family will receive friends after 11am Wednesday at the Funeral Home. In keeping with his wish's cremation will follow.

Family request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made at the Funeral Home in his honor.
