Wesley Clifton Lynch

Wesley Clifton Lynch, age 77 years, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky died Thursday, July 24, 2025 at the Signature Health Care of McCreary County in Pine Knot, Kentucky.

He was born in McCreary County, Kentucky on December 16, 1947 the son of the late Rev. Ruthel Lewis and Maggie Opal (Bryant) Lynch. Wesley had worked maintenance for the Cumberland Falls State Park, enjoyed camping, fishing, working on cars, and being with friends.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Louise Lynch, Virginia Barnett, Fletcher Lynch, and Stanley Lynch.

Survivors include his son, Clifton Lynch of Whitley City, Kentucky; daughter, Sherry Coffey (Greg) of Whitley City, Kentucky; siblings, Rema Perry of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Neat Whittle of Gallatin, Tennessee, Jerry Lynch (Lela) of Beulah Heights, Kentucky, Gary Lynch (Kim) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, and Eddie Lynch (Carolyn) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; special friends, Vonda Smith and Lonzo Clark; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 5pm Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmie Vanover officiating. Burial will follow in the Higginbotham Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 4pm Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
