William Lester Perry, age 73, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017, at the University of Kentucky Healthcare in Lexington, Kentucky.
He was born March 1, 1943, at Whitley City, Kentucky, to the late Frank C. and Ola (Bryant) Perry. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, William Eddie Perry, 2 brothers, Roscoe and Clarence Perry, two sisters, Irene Brooks and Vicky Stephens, and two infant brothers.
Surviving family include a son: William Cecil Perry of Whitley City, Kentucky, a daughter, Wilda Ross of Stearns, Kentucky, a brother, Melton Estes Perry, of Whitley City, a sister, Ethel Sargent, of Harrison, Ohio, and Idella Loudermilk of Pine Knot, two grandchildren, Jeremy Ross and Tyler Perry and a great grandchild, Jerrica Ross.
Mr. Perry had been a truck driver and had attended the River Road Church of God in Canada Town.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no services and he will be cremated.
